Susan’s work draws on the landscape and weather for inspiration. Sometimes printing from the landscape itself, found objects and ephemera. Susan is fascinated by the new and extended life of such objects, their visual impact through print, looking at the contrast of the manmade and the natural. Susan’s Monoprints or Monotypes, are unique like a painting, constructed of many layers, multiple techniques, creating new, unique, and exciting landscapes.
